I have trembled in fear backstage before Brahms’ violin concerto – and I have played Vivaldi in the middle of a pool for my teenage idol from a-ha, focused and present. The difference wasn’t courage, since both took courage, it was understanding.
Now I also bring that understanding into meeting rooms, leadership teams and one-to-one conversations. Just as an orchestra tunes before every rehearsal, I help teams and leaders find a shared base point – leaving room for both differences and improvisation.
I am certified through the Advanced Practitioner Program “The Power of Principles in Business” (TPPIB) at Insight Principles (Boston), as well as in executive coaching, NLP, Brainspotting and Uncommon Psychotherapy, and hold a Master of Music from the Conservatorium van Amsterdam.
